Relpol — partnership and a smart energy metering network

In 2026 Multiprojekt Automatyka — the maker of the OmniMES system — entered a strategic partnership with Relpol S.A., a Polish manufacturer of relays and network meters. The joint offering combines two layers needed to deploy energy management under ISO 50001: certified Relpol RMM energy meters and the OmniMES system with the OmniEnergy module.

The result for the customer: one hardware vendor, one software vendor, one invoice, one point of technical support — instead of three separate integration projects. The RMM meters (three-phase energy analyzers with Modbus RTU as well as TCP/IP communication) share a jointly tested configuration with OmniMES, and new meter firmware releases are validated on the software side before publication.

Scope of the joint offering

From a single conversation with Multiprojekt Automatyka the end customer receives a complete set: certified Relpol RMM meters sized to the number of measurement points, an industrial communication gateway with pre-configured register mapping, and the OmniMES system with the OmniEnergy module — a ready machine park structure, pre-defined energy performance indicators (EnPI) and report templates for the ISO 50001 management review.

The whole chain — from the DIN-rail measurement, through the telemetry stream, to the management dashboard — is designed and tested together. For plants that already have Relpol RMM meters installed, rolling out OmniMES boils down to connecting the gateway and configuring the park structure, without replacing the existing measurement infrastructure.

Goal and benefits

The combined metering-and-software set addresses concrete needs of a mid-sized Polish production plant:

  • ISO 50001 review evidence — an audit trail of measurements, a record of manually entered values, periodic reports generated from a single data source
  • Energy visibility at the level of a single area — not just aggregate consumption from the main meter, but a breakdown by lines and energy-intensive processes
  • Early detection of losses — consumption summaries split into working and non-working hours, indicating hidden operating cost
  • Shorter supply chain — Polish hardware, Polish software, Polish-language technical support, without dependence on foreign vendors
